How long have you been working with PAD, and what is your role?

I have been working with PAD since 2022.

What did you do before joining PAD?

I worked on Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) projects as a field coordinator for 2 years.  

For you, what is the best thing about working for PAD?

I like the friendly environment, motivating community, and working with children and youth.
